Vinny Peone is the President and Co-Founder of Ignite Security Services. A former low voltage and security installation technician of 5 years, Vinny is equally comfortable on a boom lift as he is in a board room. He holds several certifications in security technology, marketing, and sales, and has personally executed the marketing and brand development efforts for both Eastern Security Services and Intelli-Tec Security Services. In 2024 his low-budget campaign on the highly controversial industry debate of Work-From-Home Alarm Monitoring won the SAMMY Award for Best Social Media Campaign. The following year, his efforts helped both Eastern and Intelli-Tec earn SAMMY Awards at ISC West.
Known for his bold and creative marketing tactics, Vinny, the “Marketing Mercenary” is an outspoken ally to his clients, partners, and industry colleagues. He sits on the Outreach Committee for the Secure Building Council and is also an ambassador for Jonard Tools.
Outside of work, Vinny enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughters and is an avid Buffalo Bills fan.
